This site was down earlier today and just barely came back up. I don't control the hosting servers, GoDaddy does, so any downtime would have to be explained by them. I wonder if it has to do with the DST thing.
Thanks to Jonathan Sampson for pointing out GoDaddy's apparently negligent attitude towards DST.
Update: Apparently the downtime was caused by a DDoS attack, not the DST thing.
