Looks to be mostly bug fixes. I hope the bug fixes include the really major one in Safari that will be disclosed in detail in a few days.
Being a developer of iPhone web apps, I promptly started testing Javascript speed. It appears that performance has improved slightly. Based off the test here, layer movement is 6% faster, math is 28% faster, and AJAX declarations are 7% faster.
Qualitatively speaking, my animations on the iPhone feel a bit smoother, but that could very easily just be a placebo effect.
